Millicent Omanga is a Kenyan politician and businesswoman who is currently, jubilee Senator who has become popular for her recent snub of president Uhuru Kenyatta Parliamentary Group meeting.

Millicent Omaga was born on 30 May 1982 in Kisii, Kenya. The senator is the firstborn of a family of seven children.

Omanga attended Mumbi Girls High School in 1999 where she completed her O-levels. She was then sponsored by a well-wisher to join Medical Training College (MTC). The senator also pursued Journalism at The University of Nairobi.

Senator Millicent Omanga is married to Dr. Francis Nyamiobo who is a medical doctor. The couple has been married for ten years and blessed with two children.
