Perry Frances Garcia Mattfeld was born on March 29, 1994, in Los Angeles County, California, the United States to parents, Kenneth Mattfeld and Shelley Garcia. Her father Kenneth is a distinguished deputy city attorney for the port of Los Angeles and was once a naval architect.
Perry Mattfeld’s mother is of Hispanic origin. Perry was brought up in Long Beach, California. She began her career as a ballet dancer from the age of five and studied for the following nine years under the guidance of Debbie Allen.
