Colin worked at Harold Seltzer’s Steakhouse, and he also has a history of domestic violence with other women. He has previously gotten arrested for 10-felonies and nine misdemeanors.

Firstly, Kathleen Moore got reported as a missing person.
The 34 years old woman went missing on the 29th of November, and she got last spotted in the Carmel Avenue area of Pasco County, Florida.
While in search of Moore, police found clothing with her blood evidence, and also her cellphone got found cracked in a dumpster. However, her body hasn’t is yet to get found.
The day before she went missing, Kathleen went on to many bars with his partner and friends. Moreover, she also had arguments with Colin at some of those bars.
